The trick is I do not go to a bloated EJB container but go for a plain servlet runner and use libs which deliver the functionality. My dev machine has 1 gig of ram, and I usually run 1-2 eclipse parallel and 3 app servers and usually a db server and do not have any swapping at all. I do server side dev for a living and I am using eclipse in combination mostly with myeclipse or exadel.Īnd while these tools need ram (every IDE does) it is not that exaggerated. The funny thing is in this case probably WS6.0 is to blame. : XPCOM error -2147467262Īt .Mozilla.error(Unknown Source)Īt .tText(Unknown Source)Īt .tText(Unknown Source)Īt .BrowserIntroPartImplementation.generateContentForPage(Unknown Source)Īt .BrowserIntroPartImplementation.dynamicStandbyStateChanged(Unknown Source)Īt .BrowserIntroPartImplementation.doStandbyStateChanged(Unknown Source)Īt .AbstractIntroPartImplementation.standbyStateChanged(Unknown Source)Īt .IntroPartPresentation.standbyStateChanged(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .internal.ViewIntroAdapterPart$2.run(Unknown Source)Īt .BusyIndicator.showWhile(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .internal.WorkbenchWindow$20.runWithException(Unknown Source)Īt .internal.StartupThreading$n(Unknown Source)Īt .n(Unknown Source)Īt .nAsyncMessages(Unknown Source)Īt .nAsyncMessages(Unknown Source)Īt .Display.readAndDispatch(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .internal.Workbench$27.runWithException(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .$4(Unknown Source)Īt .internal.Workbench$5.run(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .PlatformUI.createAndRunWorkbench(Unknown Source)Īt .start(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt .(Unknown Source)Īt 0(Native Method)Īt (Unknown Source)Īt (Unknown Source)Īt .invoke(Unknown Source)Īt .Main.invokeFramework(Unknown Source)Īt .Main.basicRun(Unknown Source)Īt .n(Unknown Source)Īt .Main.It seems to be a common trend, once a java program is sluggish or comsumes lots of ram, automatically java is to blame not the program. !MESSAGE Could not parse key sequence: plug-in='.editor', id='.', keySequence='Shift+F3' !MESSAGE Warnings while parsing the key bindings from the '.commands' extension point Java.fullversion=J2RE 1.6.0 IBM J9 2.4 Linux x86-32 jvmxi3260sr5ifx-20090821_41076 (JIT enabled, AOT enabled)īootLoader constants: OS=linux, ARCH=x86, WS=gtk, NL=tr_TRįramework arguments: -product .Ĭommand-line arguments: -os linux -ws gtk -arch x86 -product.
